Citizens for Off-Leash Areas (COLA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that was formed to obtain and maintain off-leash dog exercise areas in Seattle. They are responsible for the Blue Dog Pond, Dr. Jose Rizal, Genesee, Golden Gardens, I-5 Colonnade, Magnuson, Northacres, Plymouth Pillars, Regrade, Westcrest, and Woodland Park dog parks in Seattle.

S.O.D.A. is a non-profit organization formed to provide ongoing support and stewardship for the Off-Leash dog exercising areas at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington and Grandview Park in SeaTac, Washington.
